Senior Fullstack Engineer

Our client, a global leader in the biopharmaceutical industry is hiring for a Senior Fullstack Engineer. They are dedicated to advancing innovative medicines in immunology, oncology, neuroscience, and eye care, along with products from their aesthetics portfolio. As part of their Business Technology Solutions team, you’ll work with modern full stack technologies to support cutting-edge pharmaceutical R&D.

You’ll help scientists and researchers accelerate drug discovery by designing and building next-generation informatics platforms and data analysis pipelines. Required Skills & Experience
· 6 years of experiance
· Strong proficiency in Python, including data analysis/scientific computing libraries (pandas, NumPy)
· Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or ReactJS for web application development
· Familiarity with web frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI
· Solid understanding of database integration and ORMs
· Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management and communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience incorporating Generative AI techniques into software solutions
· Background supporting life sciences, R&D, or data-heavy industries
· Strong client/customer relationship management skills
· Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead, or consult with junior staff
· Excellent presentation, training, and documentation abilities

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
· 50% Python (data analysis, scientific computing)
· 30% Web app development (ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
· 20% Web frameworks & integrations (Flask, FastAPI, ORMs)

Daily Responsibilities
· 70% Hands On Development & Engineering
· 10% Architectural/Technical Leadership
· 20% Cross-Team Collaboration with Scientists & IT Professionals
