Software Company looking for a Senior Scrum Master to help implement and AGILE environment as they go through a digital transformation. You would be in charge of two scrum teams while planning various projects, managing the budget and fostering a successful work environment.
Hybrid opportunity located in the south suburbs of Chicago. They are looking for someone who wants to grow into an AGILE coach down the line and help transform their development teams.

- Lead Scrum Ceremonies (Two Week Sprints)
- Collaboration with product owners
- Manage budget and timelines
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Jira, Confluence and AGILE
- 5+ years of experience
