Platform Engineer / Hybrid

As a Platform Engineer / Backend Engineer, you’ll help shape high-scale backend systems and cloud infrastructure that drive mission-critical insights.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering
• Proficiency with Golang, Java, or another strongly typed language
• Strong SQL and database optimization skills (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or similar)
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with AWS ECS, Docker, and Terraform
• Familiarity with Python for automation or data integration
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across distributed environments

Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience with API integration and client-facing technical collaboration
• Familiarity with Databricks, Grafana, or machine learning workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 75% Infrastructure and Cloud Automation (AWS, Terraform, Docker, ECS)
• 15% Data Platform and Observability (Databricks, Grafana, Elastic)
• 10% Development (Golang, Python, SQL)

Daily Responsibilities
• 80% Hands-On Engineering
• 10% Collaboration and Architecture Planning
• 10% Client Integration and Documentation
