Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience as a DBA
- 3+ years in a DB2 z/OS environment
- 3+ years with DB2 LUW, preferably on RedHat Linux
- Experience in 2 or more programming and scripting languages
- Hands-on technical proficiency in Python, SQL, NoSQL
- Extensive knowledge of the software and hardware in their preferred environment
- Proficiency in both PostgreSQL and SQL Server
- Hands-on CI/CD and containerization knowledge and experience (Jenkins preferred).
- Basic Java, REXX, Perl & Linux Shell script skills
- Has a sense of urgency in their work
- Communicates openly and effectively
- Accepts ownership in assignments, team, and company
