Our Client are seeking a talented and diligent System Administrator to hop on their team to help them achieve their mission of revolutionizing disease treatment. As a System Administrator your role will be to maintain their critical systems and assets, to help build solutions, and implement new software and hardware. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security.
The ideal System Administrator that our client is looking for is a person who has an excellent ability to problem solve using their in-depth understanding of information systems and computing solutions. They should be passionate about process improvement, a team player, and willing to handle all support requests in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism.
Requirements and Qualifications:
This Role Does Require Being On-Site 5 days a week in their office within the Great Boston Area

Requirements and Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field or equivalent practical background in necessary
- 3 – 5 years of experience in System Administration
- Proficiency in virtualization, VMware, or equivalent
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery
- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
- Familiarity with database operations, networks, and patch management
- Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users
